Gloucester Goes Retro – Gloucester Quays – 26th August @ Southgate Street - Gloucester Quays

A handful of Midas cars have been invited to attend the Gloucester Retro Event in Gloucester Quays on the Saturday of the August Bank Holiday weekend.  They will be part of the 70s and 80s classic car exhibition in Southgate Street.

 A friendly outdoor show where you will see all sorts of rare cars in the museum and outside in the car park.  Free entry to the museum is included with the event entry.

Worth the trip to Somerset if you have never visited the museum.

 A popular Mini show, with an array of trade stands and loads of Mini Clubs from around the UK.

Always a good day out.

Mini Action Day 2017 – Castle Combe Circuit – 30th September @ Castle Combe Circuit

One of the club’s most popular events because there is something for everyone. There will be Minis in all shapes and sizes, trade stands, on track action and the ever popular lunch time parade lap.

Tony has arranged for the club area and free tickets for club members, available on a first come first served basis – see contact details.

If you want to take to the track then there are discounts for early booking. The best price – just £20 – can be had by booking your session before 18th August. After that the sessions are available for £25, or £30, depending on popularity. On the day all sessions are £35 if places are still available.


Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show with Discovery – 10-12 November 2017 – NEC, Birmingham @ National Exhibition Centre

The club has been invited to attend the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show with Discovery, colloquially known as ‘The NEC Classic”.

This is the biggest show in the UK for classic car clubs and it is a great honour for the club to be invited.
