Its a lot of work making up a mould. Not so bad if your a joiner though as you could make a plug out of wood.

I want to make a more sculptured dash to suit the digidash one day. One of the jobs on the backburner, along with a new stiffer 'frameless' door frame I am designing to suit the Coupe. Will need to make new glass for that though too.

The custom bonnets I made took a month. I can run a few off now though as I made a mould for all the bits.

But bad in another, because it never really worked as it should. Lots of little bodges to make it work. Other owners may input here on this one. I think Geoff, Hans and Johnny also have the Rover 200 dash.

....Hence the reason I went digital....as it was easier than messing about with a half baked dash.

Yes I have one and it works great. I think the only problem was to get the fuel gauge working. On mine it works perfectly, probably due to a resistor soldered between 2 wires.

Yes I would use the number on the site.

Just get a sheet of carbon if your going for a flat dash. Grind it down to size like GRP.
