The big Push

Postby graemedench » Mon Jun 28, 2010 9:20 pm

Well this weekend planning on a big push to get the car done before the end of the summer. Maybe not properly finished (these things never are) but MOT'd and on the road. So i've ordere'd up:-
Fuel tank
sender
seals
screws to mount
complete rear breaks (fully built up plates & drums)
willwood Break bias for the rear (ditching the mini valve thingie)
electric fuel pump (hoses are just too near to the hot exhaust for me as they are)
Fuel pipe
alloy Quadrants
exhaust mounts
quickshift stick
got new set of tires on my 12" jupiters
big jumbo pack of stainless nuts and bolts
cable and plugs etc
got seat belts etc to go in now too
new hand brake cables
goodridge flexi hose
washer bottle and pump etc

Also got all the digidash and dashboard to put in all bits sitting ready now :)
+ all the lighting wiring etc

so plenty to get on with this weekend :)

just need a back window and thats all my major bits. Looking like I'll need to buy a big sheet of lexan for the job though.

Now to con all my mates into coming over and getting it done

dont care if its raining either I'll either use the works unit space or i'll buy a big gazibo and get this thing hammered into

Good stuff! It enriches the experience of this site then for eveyone.

Put them up on photobucket or some other image site and link them in.

I wish we got everyone to put their cars up on here. to see all the different ideas.
