A+ engine with 16v twin cam sprint

URGENT
As Watsonrally can not make my engine , because lack of time ,I had an offer for making an A + engine 1380 cc twin cam sprint from another supplier .
As it concerns a lot of money I want to be sure that my money is well spend !
So does anyone has experience, good or bad, with
BRIGHAM ENGINES STOWMARKET SUFFLOK ?

Adrian Dodd is well worth speaking to. Anyone who attended his talks at the Club's stand at Stoneleigh will, I'm sure attest to this.

I've got one of Adrians engines in my Midas, another recommendation here.
