Domino pimlico

So I now am the owner of a domino pimlico I bought it of my dad!

It's a 1966 988cc donor
Was built in 1987 and the current spec is;

998cc bored to 1014cc
Flat topped pistons
12g295 head
Rim flow valves
Fast road cam
Solid rockers
Duplex timing chain
Lightened flywheel
It has a piper x magnum 2780r cam
Vs4 valve springs
Cooper s valve retainers
Gas flowed head
32mm inlet
27mm exhaust
Had a 60 thou skim
And has a 10.26.1 compression ratio
And a AIF6 44 carb with bdl needle and red spring

Pick up this Saturday


Will post more update soon

Kerb weight is only 542kg so lighter than the mini also

Nice to another 4 seater kit car MK1 no troubles with head room in these and the kids still love it ! been a while but never left just skint.

Clutch bellhousing of to sand blasting tomorrow along with engine mounts

Clutch housing has been short blast and sump plug has been helicoiled.
Engine and gear box have been cleaned ready for paint and reassembly
