Possibly selling my Midas

Postby Moneypit » Sat Mar 23, 2013 4:48 pm

Hi all

I'm possibly going to sell the Midas in the very near future and was wondering if anybody would be interested?

I would like to get about £1500 for it but if I can sell the reg separately then it might be a little less.

I've added a couple of photos, obviously not from today though as it's buried in snow!!

First - I'm not a potential buyer, sorry, but wanted to ask a couple of questions about the second picture (0096)...

Is the surround to the instruments/radio/heater controls, etc (the shiny black piece) a standard Midas moulding, or self made?

And just out of interest, what's the smallish square bit just to the left of the steering column?

Ta!

As far as I'm aware, the black trim is an original Midas supplied part.
The square piece is a digital clock.

Midas first introduced it with the convertible, GTM modded it to take a Metro pod.
