Unfinished project car for sale. These are the most dangerous to buy because you never know how much money you have to throw at it to get it on the road. Personally I buy the best possible car on the road (and have done so a few times), but anyone who wants to start off with a bargain and rebuilds the car to his own taste:

depends on if you view your glass as half full or half empty....
As ive built kits from scratch I'd trend to disagree. you've got a car with most if not all the parts there without having to get a donor vehicle, strip it and dispose of all the unwanted parts and shell. You've also got something much cheaper than a new kit and of course most of the parts. PLUS you've got something that's not needing a IVA
To my mind its a bargain to be welcomed
