Excellent :-) good to see someone else looking at doing some motorsport in a Midas. They are such good value at the moment

Why not visit KitFest at Castle Combe or later on the Mini World Action Day. get a ride with Alistair in his Midas. It's certainly impressed me how it performs,

Its only taken me three years to get a Midas.....not the one I was after, its a gold convertible D29 PKU.....gonna recommission and use as a daily driver, well pleased.....still sometime in the future want a mk1/2 for a project, but that can wait.....high on the list is to join the owners club and meet some other owners.

I'm sure that you will be made very welcome by the club. You can download a form from the club website: http://midasownersclub.co.uk/membership/

The next MOC event is the Stanford Hall Minifest, just a week away on Sunday 17th. Tony Moss will be there so you can sign up for the club then.

Two weeks after that we have the Mini Action Day at Castle Combe, which is the last outdoor event of the year.
