:( Hello to all
I have recently joined the Midas club and at the same time purchased a Mk 1 (chassis no DO 10008) which I guess is a fairly early car, so am going to be needing a lot of guidance with the rebuild as it is in a terrible state. In the past I have rebuilt a Gilbern 1800GT which I bought as a complete but dismantled car back when I was a "young" 60 year old, but time has passed on and I'm still at it? Some people never learn but I do enjoy the problems and particularly the solutions.

Cheers
Graham

Hi Graham.
Welcome to the forum, you will find a wealth of information from the Midas owners and enthusiasts. I have owned my MK2 for nearly 30 years and I'm still picking up good tips from other owners.
