CKC December issue not received

Has anyone already received the December issue of CKC? I ordered it via their website 3 weeks ago and still nothing. They don't even answer my emails. Pretty annoying this, it's not for sale anymore in my area, so I rely on them sending it and the postman delivering it. Who can you trust these days?
