Gunsons Eezilap

Anybody tried the Gunsons Eezilap? 1 job I hate is lapping valves in so thought this would be the ideal thing for me and machine mart have got them on sale

'Ive got one but it wasn't very successful because it wouldn't keep a grip on the valve.
