Having watched Megafactories about the Nano this evening, it has reinspired me about a rear engined Gold coupe. Looks quite simple and seems to be a cost efficient solution. They apparently solved the noise problem (the engine sits right under the rear seat) in the cabin but didn't reveal with what solution they came. In the MR2 they had a large box behind the seats (also luggage area) to get rid of the engine noise, but TATA must have found something simpler and more space efficient.
