Posted: Wed Jul 22, 2015 3:09 pmAt least in Britain eccentric is often used as a term of endearment. In certain other countries the "eccentrics" are the ones that the secret police round up and take to the football stadium when they want to quell a revolution.
By coincidence, when I drove home after the open day on Sunday I followed a Bristol Brigand down the A44. Obviously a lot of subversives were north of Woodstock last Sunday!

I know of several that have changed hands for more than £2k in the last twelve months, or so. They were all old and all started! None of them were sold through ebay though and they were all better than anything that has appeared on ebay over the same period.
Admittedly, I'm in a privileged position to know as I'm often contacted by the sellers and/or the buyers for advice, but £2k is probably correct as the starting price for a Gold coupe with an MOT.
