Midas in Kitcar magazine

Postby streetsy » Wed Nov 04, 2015 6:40 pm

My Midas is a feature in Decembers kitcar magazine, out 6th November, it's also on the front, one to look out for if you like Midas memorabilia.

Is this magazine widely available? WHS where I live haven't got it and there isn't anywhere else nowadays.

I do live in a fairly rural part of Dorset but it's not the back of beyond, however none of the local (and when I say local I mean as far afield as 20 miles) newsagents WH Smith included carry these mags, the only one that gets on the shelves round these parts is Complete Kit Car. I have to go into Bournemouth to find both Total Kit Car and Kit Car magazines.

So whilst I have had sight of both the above mags at the recent Classic and Restoration show at the Bath and West Showground the other weekend, sadly I'm looking very unlikely to be able to get copies of either of these mags myself :(

I ordered the magazine on line after reading your messages and found it very interesting. If you had a choice which one would you rather have the first one or the one you have now? Thanks again for the interesting read.

Each of the cars have their pro's (and cons), the first car handled like it was on rails, the second is better to work on, but if I had to pick it would be the mk3 as I'm 6'2" and it seems to have more headroom.
