Curses!

Postby Geoff Butcher » Thu May 12, 2011 8:52 pm

Anyone who works on cars knows that a good supply of invective is needed to cope with the onslaught of sod's law and the general hostility of inanimate matter. However, I'm getting tired of the same old expletives, so I wondered if a book has ever been written on the subject, as I need to augment my vocabulary with some new oaths, the more bloodcurdling the better.
Yes I've been doing some tinkering today...

Fifty seven quid for a book on rocket science? I could get another new master cylinder for that!

I might see if the library has got this
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Slang-Euphemism ... 68&sr=1-10

Or this
