Hi Stuart,

You should have come and said hello. There were six cars in the Midas Owners Club area, three of us did track sessions and all six took part in the lunchtime parade - although it was more like a traffic jam than a parade to be truthful.

Hi Alistair, nice photos, I'd have said hello if I'd been there, I just found that photo on a mini forum. It's an event I've never been to, one day perhaps.

Pity I was otherwise committed this weekend, Castle Combe is relatively local for me.

Hi Stuart,

It's a great day out, everyone is very friendly and there was a lot of interest in the various Midas cars we had there. Sadly we didn't have any Mk1s or Mk2s there, which is a shame at a Mini oriented event. It's also a good place to pick up spares for A-series engines and gearboxes.

I was there but my mk2 midas isnt on the road yet... i may well be there in it next year though :)
