I am a big fan of these:

Just fastened my rear undertray with the stubby M4 ones. Also very handy for the door cards, provided you don't mind seeing the bolt heads. I've bought very nice stainless steel Allen key bolts that do the job.

They use these on motorbike fairings dont they?

They look good, not sure about using them on door cards though, wouldnt the rivnuts with washers on the back be better?

I'm a fan of "Rivnuts".

But it's hard work trying to squeeze gun closed on the bigger sizes, especially with stainless rivnuts.

So I've found this tool which makes life easier.
