Bonnet Pins

Postby Jon » Sat Mar 18, 2017 4:59 pm

I have finally got my bonnet pinned down properly at the rear corners, something I've been meaning to do for years and not got around to. Previously, to stop the corners rattling they've needed a good lump of rubber to sit on, which then makes the bonnet too high relative to the wings. I found these nice looking flush fit pins on ebay, and with a bit of careful planning managed to get them to fit nicely. I was a bit concerned that there might not be enough room in the corner by the battery, but it worked out OK.
