Both really, which is a pity as it's the one Mini specialist that I'm reasonably often in the vicinity of. My own dealings with them have on occasions been torturous.

Of the several Minispares shops try to use Minispares North, rather than the main London site. No disrespect to the guys in London but the Northern lot tend to know whats they have in stock and the relevant info is you need to get the job done.
