Cracking day, really enjoyed it. Thanks for organising it.

Really looking forward to doing this next year in my Midas. Perhaps we can organise a group convoy from the South coast, some smashing roads all the way from Dorchester to Combe?

Yes, thanks to Tony for organizing the club stand and free entry tickets. Somehow MiniWorld magazine always manage to arrange for great weather and this year was no exception. It was good to see a few new faces too.
We all took part in the parade laps and some of us enjoyed thrashing our cars around during the track sessions.
In fact Matt (Maphet) bravely took to the track amongst a crowd of very fast Minis despite never having seen the track before the lunchtime parade.

This year we were parked right next to the Mini-Marcos Owners Club and it was good to talk to some of the Marcos owners.
Roger Garland is particularly keen to hear more news from Midas owners to help fill the pages of the joint club magazine.

It is nice to see Midas and Mini Marcos together at a show. I wish Stoneleigh would arrange Midas, Mini Marcos, GTM and any other Mini based cars together. Who do we ask?

You would think stoneleigh would naturally put all mini based cars together and I have known roger garland since I was a very young toddler

It certainly is a really good day out there's loads of stalls selling parts at good prices too.

So are we going to get a number of convoys together to go next year then? I'm definitely going to be up for it.

Was the video taken from your Midas?
If so, what is the spec of your lovely engine, you had plenty to play with under your right foot.
