Thoughts about National Mini Show?

Although as the title suggests the national mini show is primarily a mini show I think it may be helpful in raising the profile of midas cars given the shared components on the earlier models and shared engines up until the k-series models. The event is hosted by the mini owners club and Mini world magazine so perhaps there may also be the chance of some publicity. The show is held annually at Stanford Hall in Leicestershire, in early September (Sunday 14th this year). Club space is offered for free however there is an entry fee of £15 per car (regardless of number of occupants). I shall be going in my Gold, would anybody else consider attending, if so I'd be happy to book a spot but would need an idea of how many people may be interested?

Bit far and unfortunately I've got a prior booking for that date otherwise I'd be up for that. No reason at all why any Midas shouldn't go along I was very much welcomed to Minis on the Quay in my Metro based Gold Coupe. Given that the Mini is now BMW owned there's a lot of people more than happy to see anything all British showing up at Mini events. I'm waving the Midas flag down on the South Coast and Wessex regions, the more people waving that flag the better. Go for it

I'm going to try to get to as many shows for all marques in the aim of getting Midas' seen by many.
