Tyres

Hi,

One of the tyres on our Midas Gold needs to be replaced and I've just found out that the Harken ZE502s are no longer available (165/60/R13). I'd be interested to know which similar size tyres people go for as it looks like we'll need to buy a replacement set. I'm not after low-profile tyres, just a size which won't rub (or will only rub on full lock at very low speeds!)

Thanks for your help,

Dan

Hi Dan,

I understand that there as some yokohamas that suit the s pack mini that will do the job.

Like these....http://www.minisport.com/acatalog/info_ ... 0-R13.html

Get two at a time and keep them on the same axle.

You mean Falken don't you? I'd go with the Yoko's David suggested, highly rated by all who use them, me included albeit in 12" size.

Some cheaper ones here will also do the job, avoid the Pirelli though, total rubbish

wow....didnt know there was a 55 series 165x55x13 tyre. Thats a new one on me!

That will certainly avoid wheel arch scrubbing issues.

Hello,
I've mentioned this a few times to other owners, I'm using Continentals 195X45X13 and they are excellent, no rubbing what so ever!
