Bonnet vents

Postby Kermimga » Thu Nov 12, 2009 8:01 pm

As I only bought my Midas Bronze recently can someone advise me if the bonnet vents should actually vent air from the engine bay as mine are still sealed and just fill with water when it rains? If I cut them out underneath it looks like the water will pour over the battery - not a good idea! Keith :?

There should be two round holes towards the centre of the bonnet, in realality they're not much use, it would better to either leave them or add drain tubes.
