10th Sunday Scramble

If I were local I'd have gone along to this, it looks a pretty good day out.

This highly popular event is open to all classic owners (their definition of 'Classic Vehicles' includes ALL Porsche 2 seater and 2+2 sports cars of ANY age) to display their vehicles.*

Located close the M40, Bicester Heritage is the UK’s first park for the restoration, storage and enjoyment of vintage and classic cars, motorcycles and aeroplanes all set in 348 acres of a historic 1920s RAF bomber station. The event is expected to be very well supported, with the organisers expecting over 1200 cars, motorcycles and commercial vehicles, as well as some historic aeroplanes, on display and for sale.

As well as looking at the many vehicle displays, visitors will also be the opportunity to look at the various workshops around the site and visit the many trade stalls. As the name suggests hearty cooked breakfasts and drinks will be available during the event at various food stalls across the site.

Perhaps something the club might be interested in partaking in next year?
