Happy New Year Alan! I presume that my screen is one of the 9 coming to your address?

Yes David, Both yours and Graeme's I'm planning to bring back to Newcastle upon Tyne. Then transport them to Sandyhills, near Dalbeattie. You can pick them up from there, at your leisure, that is about as close as I can get them to you.

Actually Alan, Sandyhills is no closer to me than Newcastle upon Tyne is! I can collect from your house, if that's OK with you.

Hello All,

I’ve just heard that the HFS are to be delivered next Wednesday 14/03/2012, so we now need to think about distribution. There are 30 screens in all, 10 screens are coming north to me, so that leaves 20 screens to be distributed between the midlands and the south. I will take care of the northern distribution. I’m proposing two collection points for the rest of the country. In the south Alistair has agreed to take screens into his workshop at Enstone and Tony Moss has kindly offered to ferry them down to him, on his visits to Alistair. David Manifold has agreed to distribute in the middle of the country, he is just north of Blackpool.

I need owners to let me know from where they would like to collect, that way I can organise how many screens to get to each collection point. So if people could email me on;

alandonowho@blueyonder.co.uk

I can then get things organised

Regards Alan

Alan, I have to travel south, via Dunbar, to Salisbury on Monday 19th, which means I'll be passing Newcastle, probably early afternoonish. Would that be a convenient time to visit and collect my screen?

Hi Steve,

I'd forgotten about this possibility (Tamworth) i think it should be OK, but I need to confirm this with our supplier. I'll contact him and report back.

hello David,

The screens are due into the supplier at Tamworth on the 14th inst.. They are coming from either Spain or Italy, I'm not sure. So firstly they need to arrive on time and secondly I would need to collect the northern screens (now eleven screens)and get them back to Newcastle by the 19th. This is a possibilty, but by no means certain!
Another suggestion might be for you to collect from Tamworth, if the supplier is willing. I need to contact him as he does not work full time. Collecting from Tamworth would take the pressure off me to get them back to Newcastle in a short time frame.
It may be possible for other people to collect from Tamworth, that would give us four collection points in all.

By the way if you are coming by Newcastle with or without your screen, you are welcome to call in for a cup of tea.

Regards Alan
