Thats very interesting KAD engine as its for inline use. Ie MG Midget or Similar. Looks like it has a bespoke flywheel and gearbox mounting plate so it might even be for some other car.
You can also tell because it has a sump plate and is dry sumped (no oil pump driven from jack shaft ie a blank cam))

This one uses weber alpha management. I'm not too happy it doesnt have a crank damper though. The A series needs all the damping it can get, especially with the long cam KAD head.
