I've just found this: http://www.carbooks.co.uk/book.asp?num=282 for sale, but have never heard of "Carbooks" before. Has anyone? Looks like a good price, but I'd rather find out a bit more about the people selling it first.
Unfortunately clicking on "add to basket" takes you to an Amazon page. They don't appear to have any at £60...

There are plenty for sale on Ebay, which is good because it keeps the price down.
