Battery for a MK1

Hi all can anyone tell me which battery fits a MK1 Midas please as I have just purchased a very early one with no battery.

Hi there.
Not sure if you can get a small standard battery or not, but you can certainly get the smaller gel ones which will easily fit.
Unfortunately they are just a bit more expensive.

I have one fitted which I re-sited in the boot.
Hopefully someone else will have links to cheaper alternatives.

A Caterham fitment battery will fit, I have one fitted to my car, they don't have post terminals though
