Rear anti roll bar

Right, I've designed a rear beam with adustable camber and toe (pictures soon) and in the middle of comin up with ideas for trailing arms but can't decide whether to work on fitment of an anti roll bar. Getting metro turbo ones is like getting hold of rocking horse doo doo so I was thinking about one of Minispares jobbies (roll bar not doo doo ) and modifying its mountings. Any thoughts or experience appreciated before I spend weeks (or months knowing me) planning something that wont really benefit the handling
