we are thinking of a dinner on the Sunday night , we have three costs one for a room plus food at a aprox cost of £27.00 sit down meal,
one at a Beefeater with area cordoned off and £19.99 cost and the last one a Crown carvery at a cost of £7.50 but in a area with curtains round
or you can have another barby

As a reminder to everyone, I've been asked by the committee to post up the timetable of events:

The programme for the two days starts on Sunday 3rd May at.-

11.45am with the search for the best MIDAS car attending on the MIDAS OWNERS CLUB stand. This covers the whole range Mk1, Mk2, Mk3 and Mk4.

12.30pm Pack a MIDAS a timed contest to see who can pack a given quantity of luggage into a voluminous Midas car. A small prize will be offered to the fastest contestant.

13.30pm Annual General Meeting and Prize Giving.

14.30pm Barbeque.

15.00pm Question and Answer Session on Tuning A Series Engines. Kindly given by our member and well known tuning specialist Adrian Dodd.


There will be a display of historical Midas photos and items covering the 30 years of the Midas Owners Club existance on both days of the Show.

During Sunday we will be asking members to display their cars in the marquee for the photoshoot by the Motoring Magazines that are covering our cars and our 30th Anniversary event.

Invitation
All members, partners and colleagues are invited to join a group of committee members who are going to the Holyhead Pub on the Holyhead Road, Coventry, CV5 8JN for a carvery meal on Sunday evening. The cost will be around £7.50 a head. Full details will be available on the stand, an idea of numbers wishing to go would be helpful. A convoy will leave Stoneleigh at 7.00pm.



Monday 4th May

11.00am Second Q & A on Tuning the A Series Engine by Adrian Dodd.

11.30am Pack a MIDAS repeat session.

12.30pm Barbeque

1400pm Take down the Marquee weather permitting. As many helpers as possible please.
