I need a favour from someone with mk3 and tape measure. Could someone supply me the measurements for the radiator opening width and height in the nose moulding.
Also does anyone know what the original door courtesy light switches were off. The hole where the switch was is square on my mk 3 and i ...

Re: K Series / MEMS question
MS2 is capable of running with all rover k flywheel patterns. From memory my MS3 is set for rover #3 pattern. It would be worth downloading the manuals from MSExtra website, loads of info and manuals over there.
What software you using? I use tuner studio.

Re: Bonnet required
Yeh i saw that one on ebay. Not sure if it's me being tight but can't bring myself to spend a ton on a bonnet.
Is your bonnet up for sale Manifold or could i borrow it? I only need a flash mould of the outer, i've no need of the inner bits.

Bonnet required
Does anyone have a mk3 gold bonnet for sale or is willing to lend me one to take a mould off?
My bonnet has had a very tough life (run over by 18 wheeler once). Now i'm trying to get my front end lined up after a removable front mod i could do with a bonnet that i know is straight :-)
Thanks guys ...

Slowly but surely getting the car back together.
Engine is in, finished the cooling system today. Oil cooler and pipework still to do as well as turbo drain.
This is a photo as of this afternoon: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10152749602612534&l=0d69f48445

Re: Mk 3 Q705CPF
The headlights were just standard 5.75" items. The covers where made using high density foam which was carved until I was happy with the shape, then glass, gel then paint.
The mechanism is just a straight bar mounted across the front; the headlights then clamp to the bar. The motor for the popup ...

Re: Midas Gold Q997 WAK
Never really thought of that Hans.
Still a lot of work to do on the interior before I fancy letting people photograph it.
I'm actually thinking of going with a stripped out interior as I hate doing interiors so much!

Re: Midas Gold Q997 WAK
Well it's been a while since I've posted anything.
Since the last post the car has passed an MOT and has been on the road (The look on the MOT testers face was good). Suffice to say it's quick :o .
