Thank you for the info. Unknowing to me until I joined the foram, it turns out it was built by the late Mike Smart who was a family friend, Shirley is still a good friend to the family.

Hi, I have today purchased my first Midas where I think I may need a little help.
I believe it to be a mark 1 with chassis number D010001, it has been stood for approx 9 years so is covered in moss etc:
