Re: Rear Beam alternative
Hi Alan, did you ever get any of these finished? We'll need replacements as our old subframes are rotting through nowadays.

Re: megasquirt/jolt
Right, I'm making my usual bi-annual attempt at installing megasquirt to control the sparks.
I've got it all loosely wired up, what do I have to download to make it work.
As you can tell, I'm more plug and play than geek, so I hope it's simple.
I'll take it to my local RR when installed and working ...

Correction.
I've just checked the quote, Flux offered £120, not £130.

Re: Insurance
I had an interesting chat with the Adrian Flux folks at Stoneliegh.
Given the perameters of my earlier post, they quoted £130 (I think, it's a bit hazy now).
However, as I had time to kill and face to face chat, I thought I'd get a bit adventurous/silly.
I asked for a quote on the same car but with ...

Re: Radiators
Thanks Alan,
though I don't need a radiator at the moment (mine is a sprightly 10 years old), I would like to future proof my Midas, so will be placing an order with you once you have the details sorted.
cheers.
