Hi there. Hope you all survived the festive season. The two golds referred to are no longer available as they are now sold. The soft-top was the yellow one recently on Ebay and unregistered.

Regarding the track, this could be achieved by adjusting the position of the mounting brackets for the arms.
What do you think?

Fabrication in ali is no problem for me. I have a 2000 sq.ft. workshop which is nothing more than my toy cupboard in order to keep me sane (I am a criminal defence lawyer!). In my early years I was in the motor trade.

Rear Beam Axle
Hi. Have decided to fabricate a new beam for my Mk 2. Am intending construct it from aluminium. Any observations, comments etc?

Can anyone tell me about the modified front ends that I see on some Mk 2's? Mine has a split-bumper arrangement but I have seen some front ends that appear to be much sleeker/smoother with recesses for auxilliary lamps. Aslo, is it possible to modify the front end in order to run round headlamps ...
