Nice to hear another sailer. What do to sail?

I have a towbar on back of my coupe. No problem with a 2 man dinghy.

Having sold you the car baz I know the bodywork was a little rough but the photos you have of it make it look very polished!

Thought of painting it?

No problem derailing (trains)

We talk about all things on here from Minis to Midas and to sailing and flying. It's surprising the overlap of technologies and so it's quite fine by me.

Trains, boats and planes....there's a song about that.

I don't know a word regarding sailing that would mean similar to derailment, capsizing isn't right...

I like the overlap it gives you all something to talk about

Seems as though a good overlap between sailing and Midas could be to do with the GRP bodies...

I polish mine every week using all different kinds of polish to try and find one that stops the chalky affect on the roof I have thought about a spray job but can't afford it at the moment been offered a very cheap quote but my first quote was off a tvr specialist so obviously he knows what he is on about only problem is he wants it for three months which a full month of that is to bake it before the prep to make sure its completely bone dry before they commence the work but at around the 2 grand mark I will stick to tcut and polish for now

Ouch! I know my car has been sprayed and the receipt reads 800£ or abouts that, clearly just an top side job as there are some poor edges unfortuantely. But it looks good enough for now.

Maybe when I've got the car looking mostly right elsewhere I'll treat it to a fresh few coats.
