Hmm - does it actually touch the cable, deflecting it out of the way, or is there clearance between the plate and the cable?Rich wrote:I've got a plate that protects the cable from the exhaust, looks like it's something that's meant to be there. Everything goes through without any rattling.
I'm pretty sure there is clearance, if it stops raining I'll get underneath and have a look/take a picture tomorrow. I'm at work right now.faceofdoh wrote:Hmm - does it actually touch the cable, deflecting it out of the way, or is there clearance between the plate and the cable?Rich wrote:I've got a plate that protects the cable from the exhaust, looks like it's something that's meant to be there. Alistair's and Maniflow's prices for a full system in SS (and mild steel also) are mentioned earlier in this thread, and I think you'd have difficulty finding any other suppliers for the system off the shelf. So, £300 for a full system made to measure sounds like a good price to me.b1zbaz wrote:i can get full stainless kit handbuilt 300 quid with flexi instead of balljoint is that cheap
