OK, here goes:lankyjames wrote:Sure can David, takes me a little longer, but I don't mind, either reply or PM with the linksDavid L wrote:James, can you lift photos directly from Photobucket to add them to the gallery? If so, I could let you have a few links.
Really? I'd love to know if it's still around - even better if it belongs to someone on this forum! I had fitted the newer nosecone before I sold it, though. That photo would have been taken (at a guess) about six years before I sold the car.Alan D. wrote:I'm sure I've come across this car somewhere! my mind is boggling!

Is it the Mk 2 belonging to Johnnyfixit?
Alan
Did you fit the nose cone with filler so it became one with the car? I. E. no joints in the nose cone. The car came from Graeme in Ayrshire. If it's the same car, so that would be not too far from you. It's sitting in one of my garages, a bit unloved at the moment. But I'm sure when the better weather comes, there will be a bit of love in the air! I'll ring Johnny tomorrow and let you know, it would be nice if it is one and the same car!David L wrote:Really? I don't think I did, but also, I don't think I fitted the black plastic edging, either, since I didn't want a black line interrupting the white. A subsequent owner may have done so, though. I think the second owner lived in Dunfermline, but I wouldn't remember the name.Alan D. wrote:Did you fit the nose cone with filler so it became one with the car? I. E. no joints in the nose cone.
