I think these are those lightsAlan D. wrote:If you price up separate lights; sides, stop, fog and reverse, it doesn't work out too bad. It's about one months deprecation on a new car! which won't have the longevity of a Midas!

That's indeed the complicated bit of Ebay. Lot's of people put in the Ebay ad "national postage only". If you search via the UK Ebay site for the rings they won't show. Also they won't show if you tick the "worldwide" box. You have to go to Ebay.fr and then buy them. It's very annoying because if I am searching for something I have to check Ebay.co.uk, Ebay.de, Ebay.fr, Ebay.com etc. all separately. Then if I find something I first have to ask for the shipping costs to prevent getting ripped off. I've had people asking a triple fee for shipment costs! And then finally when there's an agreement I can buy the stuff.Rich wrote:b1zbaz wrote:when i search ebay for mounting bowls for 5 3/4 inch lights it comes up with no matches whatsoever
They are on Ebay France..
That's something I need to do on the 7" rings that are already on it, these ones are going away in the cupboard 'just in case'..manifold wrote:Thats great Rich.
..........now go out and replace the bolts and washers with stainless ones (if they havent uprated them already) or you will suffer later.
Nicely done, but on the whole I'd rather have a Midas. I was amused to see he's got all the IVA-friendly plastic nut covers on the front suspension, but at the front there's a razor edged aerofoil which would chop the ankles off anyone run over by it! I suppose it all makes sense to someone...A111 wrote:Alan D. wrote:
