Thank you one and all, for your kind words. 64 years old! I can now report that I'm the fittest I've ever been for 40 years or so. I've been beavering away in the garage in January and February, working in the cold I've been very brave! Well I did have a heater!

Sorry Geoff, you didn't know.

I've had a gastric bypass and lost about seven stone or about 40 kilos ( if I've converted the numbers correctly) for our continental friends.
