if i can get the time to finish the car off by stoneleigh i will be very happy but its not looking good have to work more than ever at the moment i have not got a great deal left to do really its just like a giant jigsaw plus the rear coilovers are expensive when is stoneleigh

Reason I went for Ti was so that I dont need to clean it

not so much a lot of work, as a lot of cash. your looking at around 1k for a rear subframe assembly and radius arms.
problem doing it yourself is finding someone who can work with Ti. You need the right tooling and a welder who specialises in Ti as it needs welding in a purged environment. This is because it burns in air under heat. A bit like magnesium does.

i found some on a thread ready made will they need welding if so i doubt i will be able to go down that route

They can be bought, but you would have to order them. I didnt do any welding.
I designed the outline of the rear arms and subframe, using some ideas already around...... Drew it up and Carl Austin made it for me.
Well actually I also took a cut down subframe and a metro radius arm as reference points for the design too.
Not sure, but Carl might have made some jigs.
