Allegro (or Mk1/Mk2 Midas) Headlight Backplate

I need a single Mk1/Mk2 Midas headlight backplate in a usable condition if anyone's got a spare one they don't want. It's the bit that the headlight is bolted to that I want. 2 of the 3 I've got have holes where they shouldn't have holes...

If you get no joy send one of the goosed backplates across and I'll see if I can make up a guide for cutting new ones with the plasma cutter. I assume left and right are the same?

From what I can tell Rich, yes. I am currently following up a lead on ebay so if I haven't got hold of one within a couple of weeks I'll either contact you or maybe even have a crack at making one myself. Thanks for your offer of help

No worries, however you get sorted I'm happy to take a pattern from one of your scrap back plates. It may well help out other owners of the Mk1/2 even if you get sorted via Ebay. More than happy to cover the postage etc.
