Hello Everybody
My name is Bas Bais and we bought a Midas Gold build 1988 with a black color.
With the car we have the complete history from first owner with a hand typed build manual to all bills of the kit.
I think we gonna sell it over here to a fan of this lovely small car.
My hobby is building kitcars and I Also have my Sylva Mojo 2 just back on the road.
I am also a member of the Dutch kitcarclub
Kind regards,
Bas Bais

Welcome to the forum Bas, is this the car that was exported from Exmouth in Devon a couple of years ago?

I bought it from a guy living near Birmingham.
His name is Carl Trollope, maybe you know him.
First owner was mr q. Nichols from Filton Bristol
Kind regards,
Bas

And this car is now here with me in Sweden alongside Q590 RAE. I bought this from the estate of Raymond Pirard after he sadly passed away in 2025. We spoke a few years ago but never shook hands on a price. I saw it for sale and through a fellow car enthusiast in Belgium, acquired it. I have the hard decision of which to keep. Ultimately my kids will decide!

love both the colour of your cars. Grey and minty green. Hard choice to lose one

thanks. It's what we call in Sweden a "luxury problem". Plan is to sell one and start thinking more about a Domino Pimlico that I'd like to add to the collection. Then let's see. I'm waiting on some GTM Libra info so that is also on the horizon

Cool. I must admit I do have a penchant for both the Domino Pimlico and the GTM Libra.
