Does anyone have the wherewithal to cut 10mm steel plate? Failing that will commercial outfits cut a handful of profiles from drawings?

It certainly is! Just need some decent weather so I can get under the car and take some measurements for some drawings.

Hi Alan,
ID is 57.4mm, OD is 89.4mm.
And just for interest.....
Free length is 93.4mm and the wire diameter is 16.32mm.
I haven't had chance to get under the car today, just had the heated screen fitted this morning and it's been raining on and off ever since.
