I seem to remember the Micra radiator is a possible fit too.

I'm still running a Mk1 Metro rad on mine, odd as the donor was a Mk2. I recently replaced it and didn't pay anything like the price quoted above after a bit of shopping around on Ebay.

Top mounts are troublemakers that are the reason why you have to remove the front bumper to be able to remove the radiator. On my car the previous owner had made 2 brackets that connect the top mounts to the bonnet rain gutter. They are just 2 strips of metal, now the radiator can be removed via the engine bay. There is a thread about it somewhere on this forum.

Thinking about it, the picture is very wrong on the auction I linked to. Mk 1 metro rads had both outlets on the passenger side pointing out the side.. Mk 2 had the inlet on the top at the drivers side pointing into the engine bay and the outlet on the bottom side of the passenger side. Might be worth an ask of the seller what's going on with the picture...

Most importantly: Mounting pin centres: 470mm and 450mm.

With the bottom mounts in the correct place, this could be a good replacement and something I will be investigating with

I think I've tried one and it was too big, So I gave it to Ralph for his rear engined V8 Metro. But I would like to be proved wrong as they are in plentiful supply.

Sorry James,

Just trying to stop you wasting your hard earned money.

It was a long time ago. It may have been a MGTF alli. radiator. I tried it in a Mk 3.

Hope I'm wrong, as AP says, a session with the tape measure is needed, before you spend any money. I think I paid about £40 for that radiator.
