Why would an existing Midas registered and originally built around 1989 and then rebuilt in 2007 need to be SVA'd.

I don't see anything unusual in that car that makes me think it has been majorly modified to warrant an SVA????

I'd say not, it looks like just a very slow build to me, if it had been registered in 1989 I doubt very much anyone would have SVA'd it if they didn't have to.

OK fair enough. The way I read it made me think it was reregistered...hence my question.
