Well that's all worked just fine
Mg Metro rad fitted so now "crossflow" Mg fan fits perfectly.
I've reposition the expansion bottle and added a over ride switch just in case. Pipework was easy and test runs on both high speed dual carriageways and a crawl through the city worked out just fine with ...

I'm hoping it's not that. I've got no other symptoms, starts well, pulls well, no smoke and the oils clean.
The puddles under the front convince me its a rad leak problem at present, I might compression check just to be sure

Recovery / towing

After todays exploits i was wondering if anybody has fitted a recovery or towing point to a mk2.
I thought some track days insisted on them? Certainly as a Mini club we do if anybody is traveling on our continental trips to International meets as part of a convoy.
