Hi all, Thinking of selling my MK2 midas Bronze but have no idea what its worth!

998cc Engine from a mini, engine will start if someone holds the choke for you as there isnt a choke cable, Bit of white smoke when running.

are they original midas seats? im in need of a set for my mk 2

well the only reason im asking how much mines worth is beause i might have to sell it to buy my dream mini which is a van.. ive always wanted a van and a van project i can afford has come up but i dont have the space for the midas and the mini as it is ...

oh cool, i was thinking around the 1000 mark by the time ive finished it, carpets and just a lot of tidying up really

just wondering how much my midas will be worth once i get an mot on it......

its a mk2 as far as i know, 998cc engine with twin su's, completely original as far as i know. im not very clued up on the midas as i bought it because a friend was selling it cheap and it looked cool haha ...

I was there but my mk2 midas isnt on the road yet... i may well be there in it next year though

Mines still alive... ish... its not mot'd or taxed but its not far off

WHOOOOOOO got it running

did the timing, put some fresh fuel in it and she fired up got a huge fuel leak from a seal on the carb that will be easily sorted:)

lots of black smoke at first haha but it runs!!!! whoop

Recently got a project midas for myself and it arrived today in the back of a horse lorry
got the engine turning over on the starter but theres no spark to any of the plugs...

some of the wiring loom in the ignition area is getting very hot when trying to start it.. am i right in thinking this is ...
