Gordon Murray's Midas Alfa
This article was originally published in the club's Joint magazine in the spring of 2019. Mini Action Day - Castle Combe 12th September
This has long been a popular event with club, members and will be going ahead this year, but with social distancing restrictions. In order to keep the numbers down, only the display cars - Minis and related cars - will be allowed in. So no spectators, or visitors in non-Mini related vehicles ...

The Classic Motor Show at the NEC, 13-15 November 2020

Re: Practical Classics Show, Now cancelled for 2020
The organisers have now cancelled 2020's show and are talking about the date for next year's show.
They are the same company who run the Classic Motor Show in November and that appears to be going ahead as scheduled (so far anyway).

Re: Track rod ends
Quick answer is that the Austin/MG Metro and classic Mini track rod ends are certainly compatible.
I do have a list of equivalent part nos somewhere, which I will post up once I have found it.
