Murray's alfa boxer Midas

Post by Hans Efde »

I received from Andy Elphick 3 pages about the mid engined Midas. Interesting interview with Gordon Murray titled "Touch of Elan", also about the aerodynamics of the Midas. I just uploaded them to the Midas archive site in the archive dir. Bronze mk1 section.

Hans would you be interested in gaining FTP access to the MOC archive? Such that we can just keep the one archive updated and avoid confusion such as displayed above by Kelvin?

Hi James, do we have a separate MOC archive? I wasn't aware of that. I've placed my files on a site that Colin is hosting since I ran out of space on my website. I've collected now about 1GB of data in the form of magazine articles, brochures, tips, build magazines and pdf files of the forum magazines. Although it is independent of the club Colin has called it the Midas Owners Club files, so maybe we are talking about the same thing?

The archive I am referring to is the one listed here:
http://midasownersclub.co.uk/downloads/

This is hosted by myself on the same hosting as the webpage, I do not have allowances, size restrictions etc.

It should hold the exact data as the midas orb address stuart supplied previously in this thread.

Do you have more files to add to it?

We are talking about the same thing. Your link directs to my archive site, hosted on Colin's website.

Hans, that archive is hosted on midas owners club;
http://midasownersclub.co.uk/archive/

It just looks the same, as I am using the same script.

My proposal is to give you access to it such that you can add any new files as required :)
