Thanks for your replies but I am really looking for more of a 'project' that will keep me busy for a while!

Obviously transport is a problem, but there is a black coupe for sale in Holland. It's stripped down, shell repaired (was some heavy damage) and it was painted again. Unsure if the damage will show up again. That's the present state. This guy (who is deaf, so email only) is asking a lot of money for it. But it's already 3 or 4 years for sale, so maybe he is in for a low bid:mellors55 wrote:Thanks for your replies but I am really looking for more of a 'project' that will keep me busy for a while!

A bit out of my price range I'm afraid.
Also I'm not sure that it would be easy to register it in Britain. It would probably need an IVA.

IVA is no problem, since this is a ex-UK car. With the VIN number it should be simple to re-register. But it is way too expensive. Martine's Gold was sold on Ebay for less than 1000 euro's about a year ago. Also a car with work and a bad engine, but for the rest complete and undamaged.mellors55 wrote:A bit out of my price range I'm afraid.
